PeopleShare is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Quality Control Associate for a leading distribution and manufacturing facility in Woodridge, IL. Job Responsibilities As a Warehouse Quality Control Associate, you will help ensure products meet company quality standards while supporting order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities Include:

Inspect products for quality, defects, and damage Review and process returned merchandise Document inspection findings and identify quality concerns Investigate product issues and support resolution efforts Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders as needed Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems Maintain accurate inventory records Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits Communicate findings and updates with internal teams Operate hand tools safely when needed for product inspection or assembly Support multiple warehouse departments as business needs require Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company quality and safety procedures

Qualifications Preferred Experience:
