Duties Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to track stock levels, process shipments, and update records accurately Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper handling of goods with forklifts and other material handling tools Maintain organized storage areas through stocking, shelving, and inventory replenishment to support seamless warehouse distribution Conduct shipping & receiving activities by verifying shipments against purchase orders and documentation in compliance with trade regulations and company policies Perform data entry tasks related to order processing, inventory updates, and logistics documentation using ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP software Assist with packaging products securely for international trade compliance and ensure adherence to safety protocols during all warehouse operations Experience Previous experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred Familiarity with warehouse operations including order picking & packing, shipping logistics, and stock control processes Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, ERP systems like AS400 or MRP platforms Basic math skills for counting, measurements, and verifying quantities accurately Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory with training provided Strong data entry skills combined with excellent customer service orientation to support internal teams and external partners Knowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance standards is advantageous Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to excellence in logistics!
