What began as a one-truck chimney sweep business in 1969 has grown into the industry leader that operates the world's largest chimney service company, along with a nation-wide presence with its supply and distribution divisions, a custom metal shop, HVAC, eCommerce and manufacturing operations. Home to nearly 100 of the most passionate, fun, driven and creative employees, Lindemann Chimney is looking for a Assembly Line employee at our Lake Bluff Location.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete assembly builds with team
- Quality Assurance checks on all assemblies
- Working at a fast pace for optimal production
- Use of power tools, air tools, and hand tools
- Pick pack and fulfill chimney and fireplace products
- Following all safety rules and materials handling procedures
- Keeping work area clean
- Ensuring production targets are met
REQUIREMENTS
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Experience working with a team on an assembly line
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- 7:00 am start time
