Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our logistics and distribution operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through accurate inventory management, efficient order fulfillment, and safe handling of shipments. Your proactive approach will help us meet customer demands, maintain compliance with trade regulations, and uphold the highest standards of warehouse safety and efficiency. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment. Load and unload trucks safely using pallet jacks, and other material handling tools while adhering to safety protocols. Manage shipping & receiving processes by verifying shipments against documentation and ensuring proper packaging for international trade compliance. Maintain organized storage areas through stocking, inventory management software updates, and regular stock counts. Assist with inventory management tasks such as cycle counts, stock replenishment, and data entry to ensure accurate stock levels. Support warehouse distribution activities by coordinating logistics operations to optimize order fulfillment efficiency. Ensure proper handling of client products, reliable, and able to work with a small team Qualifications Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred. Familiarity with warehouse operations including picking & packing and shipping logistics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for data entry and reporting purposes. Ability to operate pallet jack safely. Strong basic math skills for counting, measurements, and verifying shipments accurately. Knowledge of trade compliance and international trade regulations is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with team members and stakeholders.
