1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift Job Overview We are looking for career-oriented individuals who are seeking long-term employment with the opportunity to transition from temporary to permanent employment. Candidates must be willing to complete the required background check and drug screen before starting.

Please note:

This is not an immediate-hire position. Once hired permanently, employees will become members of the union and receive the benefits associated with the position. This role involves production, packaging, shipping/receiving, and material handling of aluminum cable trays. Forklift experience is preferred, but candidates without experience may be considered if they are willing to train and operate a forklift. Responsibilities Perform production and packaging of aluminum cable trays. Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments. Pick, stage, and move materials throughout the facility. Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment. Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders. Assist with shipping and receiving activities. Inspect equipment and follow all required safety procedures and OSHA standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work collaboratively with team members to maintain an efficient workflow. Perform other material handling and production duties as assigned. Requirements Must be able to stand for extended periods throughout the workday. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Previous forklift experience is preferred. Candidates without forklift experience must be willing to train and operate a forklift. Must be willing to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift. Must be willing to complete a background check and drug screen.
