Responsibilities Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed to ensure timely delivery Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to uphold inventory accuracy and prevent discrepancies Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including preparing shipping labels, completing documentation, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations Operate warehouse equipment safely while adhering to health and safety protocols Support warehouse distribution tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and optimizing space utilization Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse operations, streamline order picking processes, and enhance overall efficiency Ensure all packaging meets quality standards and complies with international trade regulations when applicable Perform data entry tasks related to order processing, shipment tracking, and inventory updates Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, ERP systems Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely Knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment procedures, and trade compliance standards is a plus Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for managing stock levels and order accuracy Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy items regularly while maintaining safety standards Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and support customer service efforts Join us in creating an efficient warehouse operation that keeps our supply chain moving smoothly!
