1st Shift Position Summary We are seeking reliable and physically capable Lumpers to assist with the manual loading and unloading of tires in our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for moving, organizing, and handling tires efficiently and safely, ensuring efficient warehouse operations. Key Functions The racks are moved using a pallet jack and/or a forklift (if approved after certification). Tires are physically loaded and unloaded by hand in a safe, fast, and organized manner. Clean and maintain work areas to keep them safe and organized. Perform other duties as assigned. This job is physically demanding, so be prepared to work hard! Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required). Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is a plus. Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices. Must be able to pass a drug test and background check. Must be dependable, punctual, and be able to follow instructions. Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays. Required to wear protective clothing and Personal Protective Equipment. Working Conditions Fast-paced warehouse environment; non-climate controlled, exhaust, fumes, dust, loud noise, heavy moving equipment The ability to work in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold. Standing, lifting, bending, and moving for extended periods. Pay for Production $17 per hour for the first week of training then it will be product-based pay. It takes approximately 1.5-3 hours to complete a trailer/container The average payout per week is between $500-$1,000+ High Energy + Consistent Hustle + Relentless Effort = Great Reward on Payday Schedule Monday - Friday 1st shift Overtime as needed
