Position Summary Location:

Niles, OH 2nd shift: 2:30pm to 10:30 pm Local company is seeking a dependable General Laborer to assist with daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can work effectively as part of a team, and is comfortable working in a physically demanding environment. Responsibilities Perform general labor and material-handling duties as assigned Load, unload, move, and organize materials and products Assist with production and other daily operational tasks Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Use basic hand tools and equipment as needed Work effectively with team members and supervisors Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Previous manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience is a plus Ability to safely perform physical requirements of the position Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks Must be able to work safely in a physically demanding environment Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, safety-conscious, and willing to learn .
