The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting automotive parts to ensure they meet established quality standards. Working in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment, the Quality Inspector identifies defects, documents quality issues, supports corrective actions. Key Responsibilities Inspect automotive parts to identify defects, damage, or deviations from specifications. Complete inspection reports, quality records, defect documentation, and other required production paperwork. Follow all company safety procedures, quality procedures, standard work instructions, and manufacturing policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify small defects or inconsistencies. Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate records. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and safety standards. Preferred Qualifications Experience in automotive manufacturing or electric vehicle production. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during a manufacturing shift. Ability to frequently bend, reach, kneel, and move around production areas. Ability to safely handle inspection equipment and automotive components. Able to detect fine-detail defects and maintain visual attention to quality Can frequently and repetitively, lift, push and carry up to 50lbs and climb a 10" step and back down
