Overview We are seeking motivated Production and Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced factory environment, supporting both production operations and warehouse functions. Candidates with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Prior experience with manufacturing processes, warehouse operations, or the use of hand and power tools is highly valued.

• First Shift - Pack/Fill Department $17.50 per hour with the opportunity to earn an additional $2 per hour with our attendance bonus program. Normal schedule is Monday through Thursday 6am to 3:30pm and Friday 6am to 10am with overtime as needed. The Pack/fill Operator will work under the direction of the production lead to ensure that the company produces the highest quality products safely and efficiently. Duties in this department will include filling cavities with cement, connecting hardware to plastic parts, cleaning and packing components, plus additional duties associated with producing tractor wheel weights, suitcase weights, tiller weights, canopy weights and stanchions.

• Third shift - Plastics Department $19.25 per hour with the opportunity to earn an additional $2 per hour with our attendance bonus program. Normal schedule is Monday 1am to 7:06am and Monday through Thursday 11pm to 7:06am with overtime as needed. Blow Molding Machine Operators will work under the direction of the production lead to ensure that the company produces the highest quality products safely and efficiently. The blow molding machine operator will be responsible for operating the blow molding machine, trimming/removing excess plastic from parts plus some assembly and/or packing product into cartons.

• Warehouse Operator $17.50 per hour with the opportunity to earn an additional $2 per hour with our attendance bonus program. Normal schedule is Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm with overtime as needed. The Warehouse Operator will assist with all aspects of warehousing/distribution activities at the Olney, IL location. This position is responsible for supporting the receipt, storage, and distribution of warehouse products.

• Duties Operate and assist with assembly line processes to ensure smooth production flow Use hand tools and power tools for assembly, maintenance, and quality checks Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials and finished products Manage inventory by receiving, storing, and organizing supplies within the warehouse Assist in loading and unloading shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and handling Perform routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify mechanical issues Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety standards Support manufacturing activities by assembling components according to specifications Skills Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks as required Must be willing to work overtime
