Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our Plating Department and Shipping / Receiving Department! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, managing shipping and receiving processes, and supporting overall warehouse functions. Your proactive approach will help us meet customer demands efficiently while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, inspecting, and inventory control. Duties Loading, unloading, de-tabbing, and inspecting parts. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed to ensure timely delivery Load and unload trucks safely using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with safety standards Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and inventory management Occasional Saturday's may be required Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to uphold stock accuracy and identify discrepancies promptly Requirements Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP tools Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely Mandatory overtime as needed Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for stocking, packing, and order fulfillment Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with international trade regulations is a plus Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items regularly, and perform physical tasks throughout shifts Join us to be part of a fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact customer satisfaction! Pay:
$16.25 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
