Overview We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Duties Assist with inventory management using warehouse management systems and inventory software to track stock levels, perform stock counts, and update records accurately. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment. Load and unload shipments safely utilizing forklifts and pallet jacks while adhering to safety protocols. Prepare shipping documentation in compliance with trade regulations and international trade standards. Ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit while maintaining packaging standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to promote safety and operational efficiency. Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, scheduling pickups, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery. Perform data entry related to order processing, inventory updates, and shipping records with precision. Assist in stock replenishment activities by stocking shelves and organizing storage areas. Collaborate with team members across departments such as customer service, logistics, and procurement to streamline operations. Follow trade compliance guidelines and adhere to company policies for order fulfillment and warehouse procedures. Skills Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems (such as AS400), and inventory management software. Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, logistics, and international trade regulations. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely. Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and calculating weights or dimensions. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications for data entry and reporting tasks. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and load/unload activities. Knowledge of order picking & packing techniques as well as stock replenishment processes. Understanding of trade compliance standards relevant to international shipments. Prior warehouse experience demonstrating familiarity with warehouse operations is highly desirable. This role is integral to ensuring our distribution network operates seamlessly.
