Job Description

Bottoms Up Vending is hiring a responsible Warehouse Worker for preparing inventory and supplies for our vending route drivers and market drivers, while maintaining an organized and clean warehouse, and assisting with general warehouse operations. This position plays an important role in making sure drivers have the correct products and supplies needed to efficiently service their routes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Vending Route Support Build and prepare product bins for vending route drivers based on daily route needs. Properly label and stage completed bins for easy driver pickup. Assist with restocking and organizing vending inventory. Market Driver Order Picking Pick orders for market drivers accurately and efficiently. Match products and quantities to order sheets or picking lists. Organize completed orders for driver pickup or delivery. Report missing, damaged, or low-stock products to management. Maintain accurate inventory counts when picking orders. General Warehouse Duties Receive, unload, and put away incoming products and supplies. Rotate inventory and maintain proper product organization. Keep warehouse shelves, storage areas, and workspaces clean and organized. Break down cardboard and dispose of trash and warehouse waste appropriately. Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles as needed. Move products and supplies throughout the warehouse using carts, pallet jacks, or other equipment. Assist with inventory counts and periodic warehouse organization. Identify damaged, expired, or misplaced products and bring them to management's attention. Perform other miscellaneous warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse, stocking, order-picking, vending, delivery, or similar experience preferred but not required. Ability to accurately read picking lists, order sheets, and product labels. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working at a steady pace. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to lift, carry, push, and move boxes and products throughout the workday. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Basic organizational and communication skills. Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift and move boxes and products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull for extended periods. Ability to safely handle warehouse products and equipment. Ability to perform repetitive picking, packing, and stocking tasks. Work Expectations Arrive on time and be ready to begin work at the scheduled start time. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow established warehouse procedures and safety practices. Complete orders accurately and within required timeframes. Communicate inventory issues, shortages, or other problems promptly to management. Work cooperatively with route drivers, market drivers, warehouse staff, and management.
