Your expertise in vehicle operation and warehouse logistics will directly impact our production efficiency and facility readiness. Responsibilities Execute the transport of materials and components between facilities using box trucks and smaller utility vehicles to ensure seamless production flow. Operate forklifts to perform efficient loading, unloading, and staging of inventory and finished goods. Maximize logistics efficiency by selecting appropriate vehicles based on cargo weight limits and route requirements. Oversee the preventative maintenance and inspection schedules for a small fleet of vehicles to ensure operational reliability. Secure all cargo according to safety standards to prevent damage during transit and handling. Support shop-floor productivity by assisting with skid construction, tool room tasks, and general facility upkeep. Coordinate daily logistics priorities to ensure timely pickups and deliveries for local vendors and repair services. Qualifications Required Skills Valid Class C driver's license with a clean driving record. Current forklift certification and proven experience in material handling. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and vehicle maintenance tracking. Preferred Skills Prior experience working within a manufacturing or industrial warehouse setting. Demonstrated ability to follow complex safety protocols and operational directions. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
