Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that products are accurately stocked, picked, packed, and shipped. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Efficiently stock products in designated areas of the warehouse. Perform order picking and packing with precision to ensure accuracy. Operate reach trucks and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively. Assist in shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading shipments. Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all packages are properly labeled. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to meet daily operational goals. Utilize AS400 or similar inventory management systems for tracking stock levels. Participate in regular inventory counts and assist in resolving discrepancies. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with order picking, packing processes, and shipping/receiving operations is a plus. Experience operating reach trucks or other material handling equipment is advantageous. Ability to build pallets and package items efficiently for shipment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. A proactive attitude towards safety practices within the warehouse environment.
