We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our Operations and Warehouse team. Purpose of the Role The Warehouse Associate supports RHD's customer-centric focus by ensuring delivery routes are picked in a timely and accurate manner for our Delivery Drivers. In this role, you will receive, sort, load, and unload products while performing various core warehouse duties to champion safety, proper inventory management, and continuous improvement. Essential Job Responsibilities Pick inventory accurately for AM/PM delivery routes to meet target pick efficiency units per hour. Assist delivery drivers with the vehicle loading process. Load and unload incoming cargo trucks safely. Safely operate a forklift and picker to move and store materials. Put away incoming inventory properly in its designated location. Count, confirm, and audit inventory to ensure data correctness and correct any shipping errors. Assist customers with on-site product pick-ups. Collaborate closely with peers, the leadership team, inside sales, and the delivery team to maintain a cooperative environment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Desired Knowledge and Experience 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred. High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift certification. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Key Performance Indicators (How Success is Measured) Attendance and punch-in timeliness. Quality and accuracy of orders. Pick efficiency (Units/hour). Put-away performance (Units/hour).
Pay:
From $21.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
