The Role This position keeps our equipment moving, both inside the warehouse and out on the road. You'll split your time between shipping, receiving, and prepping machines at our facility, and delivering company-owned assets to customers and vendors. On delivery days, you're often the "face" of the ARCOA Group. Safety, efficiency, and professionalism come first every time. What You'll Do In the warehouse Handle shipping and receiving of equipment Pack and prep machines with care Unload deliveries efficiently Operate forklifts and pallet jacks Stay organized in a fast-paced environment On the road Load and unload your assigned vehicle Drive safely and follow all local driving rules and regulations Manage your time and route so every appointment is met Stay on top of vehicle safety and maintenance needs Demonstrate flexibility when a route changes mid-day Process and communication Complete the truck checklist before heading out Call each customer prior to the assigned appointment Check in with the Logistics area after each stop Communicate clearly with the logistics and sales teams, and with customers and vendors Handle all administrative tasks and necessary paperwork accurately What We're Looking For Required Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record Class B CDL and endorsements 2 years of proven truck driving or delivery driving experience Minimum 21 years old High school diploma or equivalent Forklift and pallet jack operation skills Ability to lift heavy equipment Strong attention to detail and organizational habits Preferred Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse logistics Proper packing and e-track experience Work Environment and Travel Warehouse and customer/vendor locations Primarily local travel, with occasional regional travel Overnight travel may be requested in rare situations Schedule flexibility needed — occasional overtime hours Other Requirements Mandatory drug testing with random spot checks Professional appearance, including ARCOA branded shirts/jackets as available Benefits 401(k) with company matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance Paid time off Why Join Us?
