Production Assembler Pay:

$18 Job Description In this role, you assemble mechanical components, operate production equipment, and support paint system operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You follow detailed work instructions, use a variety of hand and power tools, and uphold strict safety and quality standards while contributing to efficient production output. Responsibilities Assemble components accurately according to written work instructions and production specifications. Load and unload tanks from paint systems in a safe and efficient manner. Set up and operate production equipment, ensuring proper configuration and safe operation. Use manual and automated hand tools and power tools to complete assembly and production tasks. Perform mechanical assembly work, including measuring, fitting, and securing parts. Operate machines and equipment on the assembly line as directed. Follow all safety procedures, quality guidelines, and work standards at all times. Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient and safe operations. Handle materials and products, including lifting and moving items weighing up to 50-75 lbs with or without assistance. Work effectively on 2nd shift, supporting continuous production needs. Adhere to instructions from supervisors and team leads, demonstrating strong attention to detail in all tasks. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Ashland City, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
