Job Description

Overview We are seeking Detail-Oriented Warehouse Associates to become a vital part of ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate handling of pharmaceutical products within a state-of-the-art distribution center. In this Temp-To-Hire role, you will be responsible for receiving inventory, quality inspection, reviewing and validating orders, cycle counting, and operating material handling equipment. Your dedication will help deliver life-saving medications to healthcare providers and patients around the clock. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management and logistics while working in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment including reach trucks, order pickers, and sit-down forklifts, and order pickers to load, unload, move, and stock pharmaceutical products efficiently. Inspect Order Forms to ensure product accuracy. Quality inspection, including reporting product variances or deficiencies. Investigations including root cause analysis, when necessary. Assist with order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing shipments for delivery while adhering to strict safety regulations and quality standards. Support shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments with manual handling techniques and inventory management software. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by following safety protocols including OSHA guidelines and PPE use. Use technical proficiency with Warehouse Management System and material handling equipment operation. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize warehouse distribution processes, improve inventory accuracy, and support logistics operations. Requirements Excellent Attention to Detail is imperative for this role. Proven experience operating reach trucks, order pickers, and sit-down forklifts. Proven experience and strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems such as SAP, Manhattan, or Blue Yonder. Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting safely while following OSHA safety regulations. Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and documentation accuracy. Prior warehouse experience in a pharmaceutical, medical device, or other highly regulated industry is highly preferred. Transferrable skills will be considered. Quality experience highly preferred. Administrative or clerical experience is a plus. Proven experience with GDP (Good Distribution Practice) or GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards is highly preferred. Commitment to safety protocol adherence including PPE use and OSHA standards; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics setting. Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
