The Role:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our agency's operations. Responsible for inventory management and distribution, you will ensure the efficient flow of materials and supplies to our various departments and client projects. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential as you maintain accurate records, process incoming and outgoing shipments, and assist with the organization and upkeep of our warehouse space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments
• Accurately stock, organize, and maintain inventory
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for distribution
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Assist with the overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize warehouse operations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Strong inventory management and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety protocols
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills Expereince on a reachtruck, order picker and stand up forklifts are required.

Working Conditions:

This is a temporary to hire position located in our central warehouse facility. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, with extended periods of standing, walking, and lifting. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our business.

Compensation:
