Warehouse Associate Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $16.75 to $21.50 /hour Full Time work available Weekend work required Various shifts available (Monday through Friday) Support day to day warehouse operations including picking, packing, sorting, labeling, and material handling Perform inventory tasks such as counting, tracking, and reporting discrepancies Operate warehouse equipment as assigned (manual pallet jacks, RF scanners; forklifts if trained) Assist with value added services such as kitting, pick & pack, quality screening, and cross docking Complete basic administrative and documentation tasks accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area Follow all warehouse safety rules, quality standards, and company procedures Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and customer service goals Adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced warehouse environment

Warehouse Associate Qualifications:

Previous forklift or similar warehouse equipment experience preferred Manufacturing and/or warehouse experience Good work history with reliable attendance Basic math and counting skills Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast paced environment Teamwork and communication skills Basic computer and RF scanner experience preferred Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
