Summit Floor Coverings is looking for a part-time Warehouse Associate. This role will assist with warehouse operations and flooring deliveries. Responsibilities Pull and stage orders for deliveries and customer pickups Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse Assist with inventory counts and report damaged or missing materials Operate warehouse equipment as trained and authorized Help maintain accurate product locations and stock organization Receive, unload, and organize incoming flooring materials Assist the driver with loading and unloading flooring materials Requirements Prior experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order processing and inventory counts Valid certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and support customer service initiatives Moving/lifting objects, tools, or inventory of a specific weight (e.g., up to 75lb boxes) Standing, sitting, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling Reaching overhead or below, and using fine or gross motor manipulation Meeting specific vision (near, far, peripheral) or hearing standards required to complete tasks safely Working outdoors, in extreme heat or cold, or around loud noises and hazardous materials
