Our corporate off is in Elkhart, Indiana, we have an expanding fleet of mobile retail stores across the US and brick-and-mortar retail stores in Northern Indiana. Job Description The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. You will also assist stocking the trailers with product. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and safety in handling inventory and maintaining an organized workspace. Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Ship packages to mobile stores and customers
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas
• Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow company safety procedures and guidelines
• Assist with returns processing and restocking items
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets
• Assist in filling new trailers with product
• All other duties assigned by supervisor. Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs or more)
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to carry, push, and pull heavy objects
• Manual dexterity and coordination
• Ability to operate warehouse machinery safely

Working Conditions:

• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
• Exposure to varying temperatures depending on warehouse environment

Pay:

$15.50 - $16.00 per hour
