Job Overview:

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Liquified warehouse. This role focuses on picking, packing, and shipping orders to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive their products on time and in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment:

Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to company standards. Ensure all items are correctly labeled and packaged for shipment.

Inventory Management Support:

Assist in maintaining organized inventory by placing products in designated areas, conducting stock checks, and reporting discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.

Warehouse Organization:

Keep the warehouse clean and organized, ensuring that products are easily accessible and safely stored.

Shipping and Receiving:

Assist with the receipt of incoming shipments, verifying the accuracy of orders, and updating inventory records as needed.

Quality Control:

Inspect products for defects or damage before shipping to ensure they meet company quality standards.

Safety Compliance:

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment role is preferred but not required. Forklift certification and demonstrated forklift operating experience are required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs). Basic computer skills for updating inventory and processing orders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with inventory management systems or shipping software. Familiarity with RV products or similar industries.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with potential for additional hours during busy periods.
