We are seeking a dedicated and reliable General Labor / Yard Worker to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting warehouse operations through manual labor, materials handling, and equipment operation to ensure efficient distribution and shipping processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, safety-conscious, and capable of performing physically demanding tasks with precision. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in warehouse management, heavy equipment operation, and logistics support within a fast-paced environment committed to safety and operational excellence. Duties Loading and unloading trucks Organizing cables and duct supplies Organizing parts and shelving Moving equipment around the shop Assisting techs when needed Requirements Demonstrated ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and cranes. Able to work in the elements of the weather Mechanical knowledge Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift. Strong understanding of safety protocols aligned with OSHA standards; commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Experience with manual handling tasks and materials handling equipment operation required. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
