  • Indianapolis, IN Edge Industrial Staffing is seeking experienced Warehouse Turret Associates to work in a temperature-controlled pharmaceutical warehouse environment .
This role is responsible for operating turret equipment to move, store, and retrieve inventory while supporting warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. Key Responsibilities Operate a turret truck safely and efficiently to move and store materials in high-rack warehouse locations. Use RF scanners and the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and ensure accurate product movement. Pick and stage orders according to client specifications and order requirements. Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy and discrepancy resolution. Receive inbound shipments and assist with unloading trucks using proper equipment. Verify incoming materials against packing lists and report shortages or damages. Ensure products are stored in the correct location and proper temperature zone . Prepare and stage outbound shipments ensuring proper packaging and accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures. Additional Warehouse Duties May Include Order picking and packing Inventory cycle counting Receiving and unloading freight Preparing shipments for outbound delivery Quality checks on products General warehouse housekeeping Skills & Qualifications Previous experience operating a turret truck required . Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems preferred . Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to read and follow pick lists, shipping documents, and instructions. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Ability to identify and report inventory discrepancies. Basic math and computer skills. Experience & Education High School Diploma or GED required. At least 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience preferred. Must be able to pass equipment certification training for turret trucks and other material handling equipment. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed . Frequent standing, bending, and reaching during shifts. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment including turret trucks, forklifts, and order pickers . Ability to use RF scanners and computer systems. Work Environment This position is located in a pharmaceutical distribution warehouse with temperature-controlled storage areas , including cold and refrigerated zones . Associates must be comfortable working in colder environments for portions of the shift and following all safety and quality guidelines.
