Role:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important role in supporting daily operations and helping Return Stack grow. This position involves a variety of general labor tasks to keep the warehouse organized and efficient. You'll be responsible for picking and sorting items, grading them by type (electronics, toys, soft goods, etc.), cataloging products, and preparing them for shipment. In addition, you may assist with basic upkeep of the facility, such as sweeping floors, removing trash, and helping set up the shop. Available Shift Times:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30

PM Key Responsibilities:

Pick and sort items for processing Grade products by category (electronics, toys, soft goods, etc.) Catalog and prep items for shipping Assist with general labor tasks including sweeping floors, removing trash, and organizing work areas Help set up shop areas and maintain a clean, safe environment Support other warehouse team members as needed Follow all safety guidelines and report any concerns immediately

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months of experience in a warehouse, production, or general labor environment preferred Strong organizational and time management skills, including reliable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to take on a variety of tasks in a growing business environment No power tools required—manual handling only

Physical Requirements:
