We are Indiana's premier toll manufacturer multi-material recycling. First shift position
  • Monday
  • Friday 6:30am
  • 2:30pm (Hours may vary depending on arrival of trucks).

Job Description:
  • Must have Front End Loader experience
  • Receiving loose materials and positioning them in warehouse or loading onto trailers.
Receiving boxes or barrels and positioning them in warehouse or loading onto trailers. Loading and shipping sows out by load sheet. Keeping all sows segregated by lot number and customer. Checking count accuracy of finished RSI into warehouse. Keeping all incoming, unprocessed, material clearly marked with weight and barcode. Keep all unprocessed material segregated by lot number, customer, or material type. Keeping sows safely stacked for storage in warehouse. Band, skid, and cover (if necessary) loose incoming barrels and boxes of materials. Ensure all materials transported outside for storage are covered from environment. Keep loading docks clean of any scrap and debris. Maintain general housekeeping practices inside & out of the warehouse. Operate a Forklift, Skid Steer, and Front end Loader. Follow all safety rules, regulations, and policies of the company. Weigh all incoming RSI Aluminum. Follow directions from management for grounds upkeep. Assist Shipping & Receiving Manager as needed or directed. Follow directions as may be given by management. (i.e., President, General Manager, Plant Manager, Shipping & Receiving Manager, Shipping & Receiving Supervisor, or their Representative.) You would be a good fit if you:
  • Have the ability to work well with other employees and customers.
  • You have some mechanical aptitude, equipment familiarization, and general math are helpful.
  • Can work overtime (OT) as needed and flexible to work different jobs.
  • Can operate a forklift, Skid steer.
