The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with various tools and machinery. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products through assembly, fabrication, and operation of equipment. Duties Operate and maintain machinery within the production line, ensuring optimal performance. Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as required. Fabricate parts and products according to specifications while adhering to safety protocols. Work collaboratively on the assembly line to meet production targets and deadlines. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards. Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse area to promote a safe working environment. Utilize forklifts and other material handling equipment for moving materials as needed. Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly line processes. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual productivity. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
