Key Responsibilities Move, stock, and organize products in yard and warehouse to keep inventory accurate and easy to find. Load and unload materials from customer and company vehicles safely and efficiently. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment while following all safety rules. Keep the yard and warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe and efficient workspace. Must follow all safety guidelines, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and using proper lifting techniques. Check and verify orders, complete shipping and receiving paperwork, and work with team members to meet delivery deadlines. Assist with other warehouse or yard tasks as needed. Physical Requirements Ability and to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds continuously throughout the workday. Ability to move heavy products in busy warehouses and/or outdoor yards, using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks, and involves active physical work. Work performed in an outdoor setting/warehouse environment in conditions like noise, hot or cold temperatures Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds throughout the workday. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Prior experience in hands-on, outdoor/indoor yard/warehouse, operational work or similar environment. High school diploma or equivalent of education and experience Must pass background screening and drug screening.
