About This Role We're looking for a reliable, motivated Parts Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate to join our Sellersburg, IN parts department. You'll split your time between running deliveries and supporting warehouse operations — pulling orders, keeping inventory organized, and making sure our customers get what they need, when they need it. Experience in a vehicle parts environment is strongly preferred, but we're happy to train the right person who's eager to learn. Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision coverage Prescription (Rx) coverage 401(k) with employer match Paid vacation Company-paid life insurance Short-term disability coverage Uniforms + company-paid uniform maintenance Company apparel provided What You'll Do Plan and organize daily delivery schedules for efficient routing Perform safe, on-time pickups and deliveries to customers and job sites Keep the parts department informed of delivery status and any schedule changes Pull and prepare warehouse orders accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and operability of the delivery vehicle Work with the Parts Manager to identify and support potential new clients Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Clean driving record (MVR check required) Prior delivery driving and warehouse/order-pulling experience Experience in a vehicle or trailer parts environment strongly preferred Customer-service oriented with strong communication skills — written, verbal, and listening Detail-oriented with data entry proficiency Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen Self-motivated, professional, and a strong team player Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Physical Requirements Prolonged sitting, standing, stooping, and kneeling Reaching with arms and hands Ability to lift up to 100 lbs Ability to work independently in both warehouse and field settings Ready to join a team that's been setting the standard in the trailer industry since 1975?
