Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. We have been in business for just under 2 years now and we are growing rapidly. We want to find loyal employees to grow with us and ideally move into leadership positions within our company. Responsibilities Perform order picking and fulfillment tasks accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space to promote safety. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Handle heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper lifting techniques are used. Work with transmissions, torque converters, and engines. Sorting and tearing down the units. Experience Previous experience in warehouse management or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts and drills. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods is essential. A keen attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
