RCP Industrial Services is looking for a dependable, hardworking person for a flexible general labor position. This is a hands-on role with a wide variety of work, so the ideal person should be comfortable doing different tasks from day to day. Work may include landscaping and property maintenance, mowing, weed whacking, working in flower beds, trimming, cleanup, moving materials, shop cleanup and organization, grinding and cutting, basic use of hand and power tools, loading and unloading with a forklift, picking up parts or supplies, running errands, and making local or regional deliveries. There may also be occasional projects such as sanding and staining a deck, helping move furniture or equipment, cleaning out a shop or storage area, assisting with projects around a home or property, and making deliveries to areas such as Indianapolis. We are looking for someone who: Is dependable and shows up on time Is willing to work hard and take direction Has general knowledge of hand and power tools Is comfortable working indoors and outdoors Can lift and move moderately heavy items Has a valid driver's license and a good driving record Is comfortable driving for deliveries or errands Can work independently once given instructions Is flexible and willing to help wherever needed Experience with landscaping, construction, shop work, maintenance, farming, or general labor is helpful but not required if you are mechanically inclined and willing to learn. This position would be a good fit for someone who enjoys variety and doesn't want to do the exact same job every day.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
