Under general supervision, handles day-to-day material movements within a warehouse environment. Responsibilities include loading and unloading trailers, processing receiving and put-away, cycle counting, de-crating, picking KTE carts, and operating material handling equipment such as forklifts and stretch wrappers. Material Handling & Inventory Management Execute physical and systematic material movements accurately and on schedule. Process stock transfers, material requests, put-aways, and truck loading/unloading. Work safely within ESD-controlled (Electrostatic Discharge) environments. Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, stretch wrappers) following required training and certification. Systems & Continuous Improvement Utilize the ERP system to record, track, and manage inventory activity. Perform root cause analysis to investigate and resolve inventory movement discrepancies. Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy. Identify process gaps, suggest workflow improvements, and escalate operational needs to management. Teamwork & Mentorship Assist with on-the-job training for fellow warehouse associates. Maintain positive, collaborative communication to support a constructive team environment. Compliance, Safety & Quality Follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) SOPs, policies, and equipment guidelines. Adhere to FDA regulations, ISO standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and company procedures. Participate in safety, quality, or continuous improvement committees as assigned. IND1
