Steel Warehouse Associate
Harford County, MD My client, a family-owned steel and welding supply business , with a rich 70+ year history , is looking for a Steel Warehouse Associate to join the team. This role handles the day-to-day movement of steel product, from receiving through to loading it out for customers. Responsibilities
Pull, cut, and stage steel product to fill customer orders
Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move material safely
Load and unload delivery trucks
Receive incoming inventory and verify against packing slips
Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse organization
Follow safety protocols when handling heavy steel stock Qualifications
Prior warehouse or material handling experience
Forklift certification preferred
Comfortable with physical, hands-on work in a warehouse setting
Steel or metal industry experience
