Job Duties Load and unload freight using a forklift while ensuring safe material handling practices Package materials and finished products according to customer specifications and prepare for shipment Complete shipping documentation, including packing slips and labeling of outgoing freight Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure quality standards are met Receive, inspect, and process returned goods, raw materials, and purchased items Maintain organized staging areas and ensure warehouse cleanliness and 5S standards Coordinate workflow with team members and third-party partners to meet production and shipping deadlines Monitor and manage daily workflow, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Experience Requirements Minimum 2 years of forklift experience required 3-5+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions Basic computer skills for data entry and system use Ability to use hand tools and measuring devices Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment Physical Capabilities Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, reaching, and climbing Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage. You will verify inventory, maintain accurate product locations, prepare materials for production or shipment, assist with inventory control, and help ensure safe, efficient movement of products while following established workplace procedures. A Material Handler supports manufacturing and distribution by transporting materials, maintaining inventory organization, and helping products move efficiently throughout warehouse operations.
