Monday-Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:00PM Description:
- Perform general labor and grain handling operations, including loading and unloading trucks, railcars, and barges.
- Operate and maintain facility equipment to support daily production and warehouse operations.
- Monitor facility operations while ensuring product quality and operational efficiency.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and routine housekeeping duties.
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements while maintaining a clean work environment.
- Work in indoor and outdoor environments, including elevated areas and varying weather conditions.
- Provide excellent customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Perform additional operational tasks and overtime as required.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Basic computer and English communication skills.
- Ability to work in indoor/outdoor environments with heat, cold, dust, and noise.
- Comfortable working at heights (4 feet and above).
- Must wear closed-toe safety boots.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and different shifts as needed.
