Warehouse Associate (Lumper) - Edgerton At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate (Lumper) to work with a leading logistics company in Edgerton. This role is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations by handling freight and preparing shipments in a fast-paced environment. Shift Patterns Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pay Rates 22.00 USD hourly Must-have requirements for Warehouse Associate (Lumper) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the shift. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Desirable requirements for Warehouse Associate (Lumper) Previous warehouse, loading/unloading, or general labor experience. Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Role for Warehouse Associate (Lumper) Manually unload freight from inbound and outbound trailers. Sort, organize, and palletize products for storage or shipment. Build and wrap pallets as needed. Inspect products for damage and report any issues to supervisors.
