Primary responsibility is to drive company vehicles to deliver merchandise to customer jobsites and physically unload the materials to the customer's satisfaction. Help load and unload trucks, put merchandise away, clean up the yard.Key Responsibilities:
Learn company products, procedures, culture, and customer service philosophy. Load trucks according to the list of materials on the sales invoice. Delivers and unloads materials to customer's satisfaction and on a timely basis. Maintain inspection of each vehicle you drive for safe driving. Accurately record all merchandise returns on a credit memo. Listen and work with customers to solve customer needs. Assist customers inside and outside of the store.Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and a good driving record. Must be able to operate a forklift. Ability to drive a manual transmission. Desire to learn and grow professionally. Be self-motivated and productive. Physical strength to lift and carry 75 pounds consistently. Ability to follow directions and be on time. Customer-oriented self-starter who is a quick learner and adapts easily to new tasks.
