Position Qualifications High School Diploma / GED Be excited about joining and helping build a young, fast-growing company Ability to handle many functions at one time and adjust to rapidly changing priorities and schedules Knowledge of warehouse functions Experience operating sit-down or standing forklifts Experience with barcode scanning for inventory management 2+ years of experience in material handling in a warehouse or manufacturing facility Safe driving record (occasional courier responsibilities) Positive can-do attitude, initiative, maturity, dedication, and punctuality Ideal Candidates Will Also Have Forklift Certification Experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with safety stock, back stock, or Kanban processes
