Your Piece of the Puzzle Are details important to you? At NFM our Shipping Specialist is focused on accurately processing returns shipping and shipping out orders to our customers via UPS and Common Carrier. This position works in our warehouse while managing many relationships via phone and email communications.
Job Duties:
A Day in the Life Handling products so you are safe and the product is damage free
Accuracy:
Utilize NFM's computer systems to run reports, bay assign transfers, generate documents, track returns, bills of lading, order distribution reports and more
Collaborate:
Work with sales staff, customers and/or trucking companies to provide accurate information pertaining to their products
Inspect:
Examine product for defects, verify counts, weights and measure on items
Be Precise:
Maintain accurate inventory and complete claims information

Qualifications:
Can You Check These Boxes? Must be 18 years of age High School Diploma or GED preferred 1 year shipping, receiving, distribution or NFM warehouse experience required UPS, FedEx and Teklogic experience preferred Ability to lift/push/pull required weights Basic computer skills plus knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) preferred Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check
