PM Position Summary:

We are currently hiring a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate for our Lenexa, KS location. This position plays a key role in ensuring the safe and accurate movement of inventory within the warehouse and between facilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely move freight, stock, or materials between storage areas, docks, delivery vehicles, or containers—by hand or using equipment such as pallet jacks. Load and unload trucks that transport inventory in and out of the warehouse. Regularly lift and carry items weighing 35-40 lbs; occasionally up to 51 lbs (including at shoulder height). Push, pull, or maneuver carts or pallets (using pallet jacks) weighing up to 1,500 lbs. Use tools such as box cutters, tape guns, and staplers. Open containers and crates, fill orders, weigh materials, and assist in inventory tasks. Keep products and inventory organized using strong attention to detail. Identify issues, prevent errors, and suggest improvements to increase accuracy and productivity. Operate small warehouse machines when needed.

Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects safely and regularly. Able to stand or walk for up to 8 hours a day. Experience with warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, etc.) is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organization. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
