HR Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Operator to support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for moving, storing, receiving, shipping, and maintaining inventory of materials. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a warehouse environment and operating material-handling equipment.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, moving, and shipping materials. Operate forklifts and other warehouse/material-handling equipment safely and efficiently. Pull and prepare orders for shipment. Receive and process inbound shipments. Assist with outbound shipments and ensure materials are properly prepared for delivery. Move and organize materials within designated warehouse and storage areas. Maintain accurate inventory and assist with inventory-related activities. Follow established safety procedures and warehouse operating practices. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse, distribution, or material-handling experience preferred. Forklift experience preferred; forklift certification may be required. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and move materials. Ability to accurately pull, receive, store, and organize materials. Good attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to safely perform physical warehouse duties, including standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials.
