Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Shipping - Loader to join our dynamic team. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading materials, ensuring accurate order picking, and maintaining smooth warehouse operations. Your proactive approach will help us meet production deadlines while adhering to safety standards and inventory management protocols. Duties Load and unload materials using forklifts Operate RF scanners for accurate order picking and inventory tracking Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying shipments against documentation Conduct manual handling and heavy lifting to move materials safely within the warehouse Ensure proper stacking, palletizing, and securing of loads for transport Follow safety protocols diligently during all warehouse activities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse workspace to promote efficiency Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse distribution or shipping & receiving roles preferred Knowledge of warehouse operations including order picker & forklift Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling safely Familiarity with inventory management systems and RF scanners Basic math skills for measuring and verifying quantities Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and materials handling
