Looking for a job that works around your life? We're hiring Material Handlers to join our team for our weekend shift at $22.05 per hour . As a Material Handler, you'll play an important role in keeping production running smoothly by ensuring materials and supplies are delivered to the right place at the right time. Learn more about Seats Incorporated by watching our company video: https://youtu.be/q1JjHQhsRHw Identify and transport materials, supplies, and equipment to and from production areas, machines, loading docks, trucks, and storage areas Review production schedules and shipping orders to determine materials needed and where they should be delivered Verify materials and ensure they are delivered promptly and accurately to support production schedules Safely load, unload, move, and organize drums, skids, pallets, and other materials Use protective materials, strapping equipment, and other tools to safely secure loads for transportation Remove strapping and wrapping materials after delivery and properly dispose of waste Report damaged materials, shortages, transportation issues, or other problems to a supervisor Use computer systems to locate parts, check and record inventory, and reference production information Attach identifying tags and labels to materials as needed Help maintain accurate and organized inventory locations Identify opportunities to improve inventory organization and material flow Operate and care for material-handling equipment and report mechanical or electrical issues to the appropriate department Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Collaborate with production, warehouse, and supervisory teams to keep operations running efficiently Perform other duties as assigned 18 years or older High school diploma or equivalent Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug test in accordance with company policy, including marijuana (THC) Ability to stand for 12 hours Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
