Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Job Duties Receive, unload, and organize incoming merchandise and shipments, and pull and prepare customer orders accurately. Load and unload trucks and customer vehicles, and move and stage products throughout the warehouse. Maintain organized inventory and product locations, and assist with stocking, labeling, and inventory control. Inspect products for damage, keep warehouse areas clean and safe, and assist customers with loading purchases. Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment as needed, and follow all safety procedures and company policies. Experience Requirements Previous warehouse, retail, construction, or material handling experience preferred, such as a Material Handler, Stocker, Shipping and Receiving Associate, or Forklift Operator. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and reliability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and carrying. Ability to lift and move heavy building materials and warehouse products safely. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with changing temperatures.
