Heartland Fulfillment is looking for energetic and enthusiastic workers to fill our warehouse full time positions. We take pride not only in the product we ship but the workers who come in every day and take care of our warehouse needs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various warehouse duties including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products
• Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory and manage orders
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity goals and ensure timely order fulfillment
• Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center isn't required; we will provide on the job training
• Proficient in order picking, packing, and shipping processes
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
