Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Duties Provide attentive supervision and care for infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development in infants Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns Follow all health and safety protocols, including pediatric first aid and CPR procedures, to ensure a secure environment Observe and document each infant's developmental progress to tailor individual care plans Collaborate with team members to plan curriculum activities that support early childhood development principles Adhere to mandated reporting laws and ensure compliance with licensing regulations for childcare centers Experience Prior experience working with infants or in a daycare center setting is highly preferred Knowledge of child development instruction and childhood development milestones Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Demonstrated classroom management skills in early childhood education environments Certification in first aid, CPR, including pediatric first aid, is required or willing to obtain upon hire Background in preschool or toddler care, nannying, babysitting, or caregiving roles is advantageous Familiarity with behavior management techniques and family communication strategies Strong understanding of mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare Join us in creating a warm, engaging space where infants can thrive!
