Responsibilities Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load and unload shipments efficiently. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment by following detailed picking & packing procedures. Manage shipping & receiving processes by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation. Stock shelves and organize inventory using proper warehouse distribution techniques to optimize space and accessibility. Support warehouse safety protocols by adhering to proper lifting techniques, operating equipment responsibly, and maintaining a clean work environment. Skills Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes. Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely; certification is preferred. Skilled in stocking, order picking & packing, load & unload operations to ensure timely deliveries. Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and calculations related to packaging and shipping.
