Morning & Night Shifts Job Summary We're seeking experienced Reach Truck Forklift Operators to join a busy warehouse distribution center in Louisville. This role is responsible for shipping and receiving, inventory movement, order fulfillment, and safe material handling. Candidates must have recent experience operating a Crown Reach Truck Forklift. Key Responsibilities Operate a Crown Reach Truck Forklift safely and efficiently throughout the shift Perform daily shipping and receiving activities Load and unload trucks while following proper material handling procedures Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy Move, store, and organize inventory within warehouse locations Label and prepare products for shipment Maintain inventory accuracy and product quality Follow all warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet productivity goals Required Qualifications ✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in forklift operation, material handling, shipping & receiving, or warehouse operations ✅ Recent Crown Reach Truck Forklift experience is required ✅ Experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment ✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy ✅ Ability to lift, move, stand, and walk throughout the shift ✅ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions ✅ Strong commitment to workplace safety Preferred Qualifications Experience using warehouse inventory systems or RF scanners Previous order picking and inventory control experience Flexible schedule availability Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
